In a search from 2018, we were able to discover The Consistent Themes on the SDUHSD.NET website of what the HYA Executive search was looking for in the "ideal candidate" and the challenges facing the district. Do the search criteria that SDUHSD paid $25,000 for apply to our Superintendent Robert Haley? Did they even look into his past?

Is Dr. Haley flexible? (we think yes, too flexible.. you never know which direction we are headed)
Is Dr. Haley a LISTENER? We think NO, as he blathers to the board over and talks over his subordinates if the narrative doesn't match his precise agenda (at that moment)
Is Dr. Haley open minded? Yes, he has a plan, he doesn't have a plan, he doesn't need a plan, he can make a plan in ten minutes, other districts have plans but plans change. (Multiple SDUHSD Board Meetings)
