IF only HYA exec firm had actually done a proper search.  We were forwarded emails from NAMED SOURCES who warned the SDUHSD board NOT to contract Dr. Haley based upon their experiences in Northern California. Additional sources contacted local media about their issues PRIOR to the hiring as well. Which still begs the question..
